Join our team – we are hiring a SaaS Sales Manager / Director

We are seeking a Sales Director/Manager for the UK and worldwide market to help our customers do business faster and better. Your chief role is to bring Videosign to new Enterprise-level businesses and organizations, managing deals from start to finish.

Your primary functions will be to grow the Videosign business, targeting potential clients using a variety of methods, conducting product demonstrations, driving market adoption, growing usage volumes with existing customers, managing a large pipeline of potential clients efficiently and managing the sales cycle end to end.

This role will be based from home, but with potential for occasional national and international travel to meet and close prospective clients.

The successful candidate must:

  • Be a confident communicator and a driven individual
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Be educated to degree level
  • Have high energy, be entrepreneurial, dynamic and a self-starter
  • Have a proven work ethic
  • Have prior sales experience within SaaS, Finance or Fintech sector
  • Have a solid track record of software sales (ideally for a video conferencing or eSignature platform)
  • Identify, progress and close Enterprise sales opportunities with new and existing accounts
  • Expand and grow existing accounts – upsell and cross-sell in these accounts
  • Build and execute Enterprise plans for each account – Land and Expand
  • Developing key relationships in your clients at both C-level and Head of function / head of line of business
  • Manage project and program roll out in your clients
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers
  • Have experience of a formal sales methodology and pipeline management
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the proper use of sales tools
  • Report on sales forecast and performance to senior management and other stakeholders where necessary
  • Actively support the Marketing team
  • Support with recruitment and expansion of the Sales Team
  • Have a strong collaborative approach, and work autonomously in a self motivated capacity with minimal supervision required.
